We are looking for a Regional Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team!

Objectives: Sales & Distributor Management

• Achieve Primary Sales Target as per Commercial Objective aligned with Line Manager
• Manage all Export Sales Operations in assigned region
• Forecast product requirements and coordinate with Customer Service for timely delivery
• Set the best possible payment terms with the distributors and manage AR
• Align with distributors on clear targets for their sales team – in line with the company objectives
• Develop and implement basic sales tools such as pricelists, catalogs, and flyers
• Implement Export Sales and Marketing SOPs with all distributors in the assigned region
• Prepare and send internal reports as per set timelines

Market Intelligence:

• Report competitor activities. Devise and execute a counter-action plan
• Understand and analyze trends in assigned regions with a focus on close competitors

Business Development :

• Identify new business opportunities (markets and channels)
• Develop short and long-term category outlooks based on actual market trends and potential
• Prepare and execute annual Sales and Marketing plans
• Additional Information
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel when needed
