Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior officer – Warehouse for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business in Faisalabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently plan warehouse activities, optimizing resources and maintaining quality standards.
• Organise logistics for FG dispatch based on FEFO basis.
• Ensure proper documentation of all material transfers from suppliers and external warehouses.
• Prepare and execute warehouse budgeting and expansion plans.
• Handle Internal, External, ISO, HSE, and Toller Audits, ensuring strict compliance.
• Train and develop warehouse supervisors and loaders to minimize handling damage and wastage during production issuances.
• Address and resolve warehouse employee concerns to enhance resource productivity.
• Consolidate monthly physical counts and reconcile finished goods stocks.
• Ensure that all received materials adhere to SOPs with proper documentation.
• Regularly inspect the warehouse for HSE and housekeeping issues and take immediate action.
• Ensure the warehouse team has necessary PPEs at all times within the premises.
• Train new staff on company guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
