Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Location: Karachi (On-site)

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and organized Admin Executive to oversee administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of the administrative department.

Job Description:

· Process for new joiner’s issuance of Jazz SIM, internet devices, and business cards.
· Prepare monthly demand for the south region.
· Preparation of visa documents.
· Coordination, dealing, and supervision with vendors.
· Checking process, and record-keeping of nationwide rental and utility invoices.
· Maintaining updating of ISO forms.
· Checking utilized admin petty cash.
· Nationwide PR and GRN posting.
· Nationwide processing of invoices.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
· Record maintenance of SE assets.
· Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
· Maintain and update filing systems, and records.
· Procurement and Logistics work handling.
· Handling legal affairs.
· Supervise subordinate staff.

Job Specification:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
· 2-3 years experience in administrative management, preferably in a supervisory role.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and best practices in administration.
