Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise plant operations and effectively assure smooth and uninterrupted supply of gas, crude, LPG and condensate to the customers in the light of design and required sales parameters, This includes performance of shift duties, at the production facility along with following roles
- Scheduling and Plan STARTUP & SHUTDOWN of all process equipment, compressors, motors and / or heaters at site.
- Coordinate with Logistics teams for safe, smooth and efficient loading of Crude, Condensate and LPG. This will include Audit of the area, operations of the pumps and to vigilantly maintain tank levels as well as F&G (Fire and Gas) system.
- Provide effective supervisory technical support in the successfully manage execution of projects including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing activities.
- Lead safety audit (s) of all the process equipment, specifications and related documents and provide feedback to the Engineer’s on actual plant performance against “as designed” on routine basis.
- Assist Chief Engineer in implementation of permit to work system and in particular provide updates with regard to Safety Defeat Certificates while various maintenance jobs are being performed.
- Supervise various assets of facility, production data base, wellheads and valve assemblies for any unusual or abnormal occurrence. Determine and implement emergency shutdowns (Level-1 or Level) depending upon the criticality or raise Fire / emergency alarms. Assure timely Reporting of Incidents and execute corrective measures to avoid reoccurrence.
- Supervise the work of production/area operators and provide effective assistance to train and develop their professional skills.
- Contribute & Implement Corporate and SD&HSE policies / procedures, Local operative regulations & Group Guidelines, Life Saving Rules in production facility.
- Sound Technical knowledge in relevant discipline with respect to operations of oil & gas processing facility.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills – Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
- Good understanding of HMI’s / Control Systems.
- Sound Knowledge of Permit to work system and its implementation.
- Excellent knowledge of P&IDs, PFDs and schematic drawings.
- Thorough understanding for preparation of JHA’s and TRA’s.
- Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment standards in the industry.
Qualification: Minimum – Three years’ Diploma of Associate Engineer of Chemical Engineering discipline.
Professional competencies:
Experience: Relevant experience of at least 16~18 years. Apply
