Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Senior Officer in Logistics (Petroleum Products)

Education: Bachelors Degree
No of Positions: 4
Experience: 3 to 5 years (experience in OMC is a must)

Location: Karachi, Rawalpindi, Sheikhupura and Daulatpur

Job Description

• Ensure Tank Lorry availability as per requirement, also submission of daily report for the same to the Supply Point Charge with information to the officer (General Shift)
• Prepare Tank Lorry availability report contractor-wise and ensure that only those TLs that provide previous load acknowledgment, Dip Chart, and Physical Inspection checklist will be considered available.
• Ensure timely submission of Daily / Fortnightly / Monthly reports to Shift in Charge i.e. Shortage reimbursement report, Tank Lorry utilization report (Registered and Private)
• Ensure timely submission of executed Tank Lorrys report to supply point in charge with the help of Tracker Base Station that includes details of PMG Tank Lorrys that are in transit (Filled / Empty), Halting Tank Lorrys at customer end due to any reason and TLs report that do not compliance ETA.
• Ensure timely deliveries with the help of TBS
• Daily submission of shortage reimbursement sheet to finance for onward process with information to the Sales team and Supply Point in Charge (General Shift)
• Window Operations i.e. Commercial fuels order executions along with proper documentation
