Job Description:

• Support any other task assigned by the AM HR.
• Understand the HR systems and provide operational support to the AM – HR.
• Assist in managing the employee lifecycle processes such as contract renewals and separations.
• Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Participate in the performance management exercise including preparation of relevant documents i.e. sheets and letters.
• Design, administer, analyze, and present surveys as needed to provide actionable insights to management.
• Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.
• Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and creating presentations.
• Participate in organizational talent reviews and associated tasks.
