Position Title: Fund Manager/Sr. Fund Manager

Location: Karachi – Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage the portfolios of the Fixed Income Funds to maximize funds returns while working within the Regulatory and Internal Limits
• Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation of funds, risk parameters, and compliance status as well as communicate the same as and when required.
• Responsible for ensuring efficient management and execution of transactions for equity funds and being abreast of all necessary information that can help in making timely investment decisions
• Responsible for making pre and post-trade activities & liquidity management of all equity funds;
• Preparation of deal tickets post-market to ensure smooth settlement of transactions

Required Competencies to successfully perform:

• Strong knowledge & understanding of Market Dynamics
• Understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment and indicators.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze changing market patterns
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Investment analysis;
• Knowledge of NBFC regulations and the mutual fund sector;
• Knowledge/contacts with market participants such as brokers, advisors/investment bankers/lead arrangers, company management, etc.;

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum Graduate from any HEC-recognized university and/or any well-reputed international university.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
• CFA will be preferred.
