We seek a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager – Quality and Sales with a background in plastic manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance processes and drive sales activities. This role requires a solid technical foundation in engineering, a thorough understanding of plastic manufacturing, and strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections within the plastic manufacturing process to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute quality improvement plans and initiatives specific to plastic products.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Utilize technical expertise in plastic manufacturing to support the sales team.
Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored plastic product solutions.
Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations for plastic products.
Supervise and mentor a team of quality and sales professionals.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the plastics industry.
Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in plastic products.
Prepare and present regular reports on quality and sales metrics to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of quality audits, inspections, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in plastic manufacturing.
