The MEEZANSHIP Program has evolved into an effective platform for the induction, training, and transformation of fresh graduates into competent professionals. This program follows a standardized recruitment process, fostering the development of high-quality human capital for the Bank.
Building upon the success of previous batches and its transition from internship to employment, we are thrilled to announce the re-launch of MEEZANSHIP Program 2024 – Phase 2. This three to six months internship program is designed to offer candidates extensive learning opportunities, along with an attractive stipend.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates and last semester students of Bachelor’s (16-year education) and Master’s programs
- Minimum CGPA: 2.60 or above, or 60% marks in any discipline
- 24 years or less of age as of date of application
01-year age relaxation for the following candidates:
- Who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami / Shahadat ul Alamiyah from an HEC-recognised Board
- Hafiz-e-Quran
- Differently abled persons
Duration: 3 – 6 months (5 days a week)
Stipend: Minimum Rs.15,000 per month
Department: Multiple departments
Location: Countrywide
