Position: Project Coordinator Core Banking
What is Project Coordinator Core Banking – MMBL?
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Follow-up with the Internet team
- Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

- Coordinate as per the project manager's guidelines throughout the project lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, development, deployment, and closure.
- Develops and maintains key project deliverables, communication plans, and status reports.
- Manage scope for Core Banking Project.
- Perform Impact analysis for changes impacting the Core Banking project.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of the Core Banking system.
- Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
- Manage requirements gathering, customizations, Data Migration, testing, training, and deployment for Core Banking projects.
- Work with stakeholders to determine and prioritize project objectives, critical success factors, and project risks.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
- Manage Project teams effectively.
- Establish healthy working relations and partnerships with Businesses, vendors, and peers.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Project Coordinator Core Banking – MMBL?
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the project coordinator role
- 3-5 years of experience managing external client relationships
- University degree in computer science, business, or related field required; PMP and/or MBA an asset
- Strong MS Project, Excel, and MS Office skills are mandatory.

What does Relationship Manager – Deposit Banking – MMBL do?
- Enable the execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process to meet, and exceed portfolio growth and cross-sell targets.
- Ensure overall assigned portfolio targets are achieved product-wise CALSA / SA / TD on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
- Take onboard Free Lancers / Brand Ambassadors to make a deposit mobilization team of 25 head counts for retail deposit marketing.
- Ensure the targeted percentage of portfolio mix i.e. between CASA and Term Deposit is achieved.
- Achieve fairly priced deposits to support retail deposit growth on the back of multiple accounts.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential clients, and develop these into successful, ongoing business relationships.
- Ensure Deposit mobilization over a large number of accounts to minimize concentration risk and volatility in the portfolio.
- Ensure deposit mobilization through a consistent run rate of NTB account Opening daily.
- Ensure to Provide the highest level of customer service in coordination with branch staff.
- Handle activities ranging from identifying clients’ financial needs and providing a need-based solution to clients like Payments & Cash Management, Trade Services, Treasury, and Investment Banking with the help of Area Manager or Regional Manager.
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships for deepening and 360-degree opportunities.
- Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain MMBL clients.
- Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Any task/ assignment assigned by the Line Manager is to be completed efficiently and effectively.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Relationship Manager – Deposit Banking – MMBL?
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, or finance. MBA will be preferable (Subject to approval).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales planning, management, and operations experience within retail/consumer banking.
- A good understanding of Deposit products and their workability. Must possess knowledge about CASA & bilinear fundamentals to achieve CASA growth.

What is Officer GRC – MMBL?
A Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Officer ensures an organization adheres to legal standards, internal policies, and risk management protocols. They develop and maintain compliance programs, conduct audits, and reviews, and identify potential risks. Collaborating with various departments, the GRC Officer provides guidance on compliance matters and promotes a culture of ethical behavior.
What does Officer GRC – MMBL do?
Work with Executive GRC to build on an existing information security program and ongoing security projects that address information security risks and compliance requirements. Providing an overview of risks and threats in the enterprise environment to senior management. Assistance in information security policy and framework establishment & Implementation. Ensuring Information classification and related controls for the protection of classified information Manage periodic review of Identity & Access Management of critical business applications. Reviewing VPN access requests and creation of VPN IDs and periodically conducting VPN Access reviews of all users. Performing log review of super user’s activities of critical applications. Manage and coordinate operational components of security incident management, including detection response and reporting by ensuring effective monitoring of threat intelligence. Provide Information security communication, awareness, and training MMBL Staff & Customers through SMS, Social media, Website, etc. Stay abreast of regulatory changes including cybersecurity developments Work with auditors to keep audit focus in scope and try to achieve Good audit ratings. Ensuring the compliance of internal and external audit observations. Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined Information security policies and procedures. Monitor and report on compliance with security policies, as well as the enforcement of policies across the bank. Ensure the conduct Business Impact Assessment (BIA) to determine and evaluate the potential effects of an interruption to critical business operations as a result of a disaster, accident, or emergency. Assist the Head of Information Security in meeting the organization’s digitalization objectives.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Officer GRC – MMBL?
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Security from a reputable Institution, however MS will be preferable. Fresh or 1 year of experience, working in an IT or IS department in the Banking industry will be a plus.
