Position: Executive Power Plant
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Operation & Maintenance of power plant & allied equipment.
- Maintenance of the environment of technical rooms.
- Processing of electric bills timely.
- Coordination with concern DISCO for rectification of commercial power issues
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- The smooth operation of power plant equipment i.e. (Generators, Transformers, Batteries, Rectifiers, Solar Systems, ATS, smart switches, and Air Conditioning units) of all exchanges in the HYTR Region.
- Reduction in OPEX in (Power, Fuel, R&M) by taking effective measures.
- Optimization of DG set capacities as per load requirement.
- Ensure network availability of Access (wireline, wireless) and core network elements.
- Liaising with Other Operators for Guest sites installed at PTCL exchanges to ensure power availability as per SLA.
- Coordination with Business teams and all other support Functions.

1. Qualification
- Professional degree in Electrical, Telecom, CS, and Software Engineering, from a well-reputed institution
2. Experience
- Related experience in the same field will be preferred

Position: Executive Public Relations
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Assist the PR team with External & Internal Communications’ strategic planning and execution.
- Work with the PR team in creating and managing content including press releases, articles, blogs, news reports, media statements, corporate messages, etc.

- Support in releasing Press Releases in media and follow-ups to ensure positive coverage.
- Track PTCL Group news coverage in print, electronic, and digital media, and develop official responses where required like clarifications/rebuttals, etc.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Meet assigned sales targets by engaging field teams.
- Increase customer base and generate business from all sales channels in assigned territory.
- Maintain the pace of order generation and installations to meet the targets of all products (PSTN, BB, IPTV).
- Ensure to manage DAs & FSAs for achieving assigned targets promptly as per quality standards.

- Ensure to meet the target of all sales channels of SDS, FSA, FFO, and RD of all products (PSTN, BB, IPTV)

- Ensure 1st bill payments of every sales order to minimize TOS impact and churn due to non-payment.
