Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for an Executive – Retail Sales

Education: BBA Hons / MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in OMCs.
Location Karachi
No. of Positions: One (1)

Sales Targets

Effectively allocating PMG and HSD volumes to sites based on sales at retail outlets in the assigned area, to achieve sales target.
Using strategies to increase the sale of products at under-achieving sites.
Plan and discuss strategies with the Region in charge and dealers, and develop consumer plans to achieve site-wise targets.
Assists in preparing Marketing Plans, Sales Plans, Advertising Budgets, etc; carries out surveys of assigned areas to determine changing trends in the market.
Monitor sales of the Company’s products vis-à-vis targets, and upliftments by dealers and Preparation of monthly sales analysis.
Devising strategies to achieve Lube targets and implementing push strategies at dealer sites to improve sales of Lube.

Management Reports & Meetings

Maintain a record of all below-mentioned reports at all times, Volume Performance & Variance Analysis, Lease status, Rental Payments, Out outside purchase Report, Non-Performing Sites Revival Action Plan, and DSLR’s Quality Van Monthly Reports.
Market Intelligence.

Forecourt Section

Ensure that the products are being sold in the right quantities and as per notified rates to end customers at Retail outlets.
Imparting training to forecourt staff, at dealer sites, in general, service behaviors and attitudes for dealing with customers (Customer Services Seven Points should be covered in training)
Conducting and training on fire drills to site staff with regular frequency and maintain/share the details.
100% of sites should be covered by A.E. in a quarter with frequent monthly visits to city sites.
Submits Monthly visit Report (Dealer Site Inspection Report – DSIR) of Commissioned site after necessary consultation from the Regional In-charge. Suggests possible improvement adherence parameters regularity of HSE & House keeping Standards to the dealers.

Quality Control/ Standards

Ensure that there is no Outside Purchase, Adulteration, or Short Measuring in the Assigned Area.
Where addressed through Quality Van visit, corrective measures & compliance of Policy be shared.

Promotional Activities I Customer Service Day

Carrying out Sales Promotion activities in his area of operation.
Prepare promotional calendar (Site Promotion/ Customer Service Day) for sites within the area in consultation with HO (Brand, Sales Support). A minimum of 6 activities should be planned in a year.

Coordination with Engineering Dept.

Coordinates with dealer & Engineering that development of Retail Outlets are surveyed by guidelines provided and if feasible, documents are prepared and cases are sent for management approval.
Supervise under-construction sites to ensure that construction is carried out strictly as per the Company’s drawings and standards.

Financials /Recoveries

Ensure there are no outstanding and timely clearances made against any site on account of Fuel, Lube, CNG, OGRA & NFR, etc.
Quarterly Ledger Reconciliations and confirm the recoveries of payments of those dealers who normally avail companies credit facility
Ensure that the outstanding amount against the customer if any, is recovered by the due date.
Implementation of an on-line Banking system.

Compliance with Company Policies & SOPs.
Carries out other jobs assigned by the Company from time to time.
