Universal Packaging Pvt Ltd Jobs Shift Incharge Rotogravure Printing:

We are looking for a “Shift Incharge – Rotogravure Printing“.

Requirement & Skills:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the same position.
• The incumbent should be Intermediate/Graduate.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• To supervise all Shift production activities.
• To execute department objectives & Goals.
• Coordinate with Planning for order/sample production.
• To identify the requirements for production like ink, solvents, material, etc.
• Ensure smooth functioning of machines and proper maintenance.
• Prepare daily production, waste, and analysis reports of the Department.
• To ensure that jobs are lined up for all Printing machines.
• In-line checks of the quality during the process.
• Manpower handling and training of production staff.
• Check the cleanliness of all staff.
• To increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
• To identify improvement areas.
• To investigate customer complaints and take action.
• To maintain good housekeeping of the department.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
