Amreli Steels Limited is seeking talented professionals for the following positions:

Position: Shift Incharge- Mechanical Maintenance (Shifts based position)

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5 to 6 years relevant experience in mechanical maintenance w.r.t. Plant & Utilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in handling maintenance operations of mechanical equipment like gearboxes, Pumps, Overhead cranes, Cooling towers, compressors, Hydraulic machinery, etc.
• Develop the Failure Analysis Report and submit the same to his superior for relevant action. Preparing and compiling documents like Shift reports, History cards, Checklists, and downtime Analysis reports.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, P & IDs, and Hydraulic schematics.
• Ensure adherence to all pertinent Safety Rules and Regulations and ensure understanding of the same by the junior staff.
• Ability to work in Shifts to handle Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive maintenance to ensure maximum plant availability for Production.
• Ensure adequate training and development of the maintenance team for optimum productivity by managing weekly training sessions. Location: Dhabeji
