MANAGER QA/QC & COMPLIANCE

Naurus (Pvt) Ltd. is one of the leading food processing industries in Pakistan. We are looking for Manager QA/QC & Compliance to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create & Implement Quality Standards in line with the Company’s Quality Objectives.
• Implement & Maintain Compliance programs; HACCP, ISO & Halal.
• Establishment of quality protocols, procedures, and specifications for raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audit and advise preventive & corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production & Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement.
• Train & Motivate employees to ensure Quality Standards are met.
• Stay updated with regulatory matters including FDA, FSA, EFSA, SFDA & others.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Food Science / Microbiology.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
• Must have Experience in R&D.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO & HALAL Systems.
• Excellent communication skills and team player.
• Proficiency in MS OFFICE.
