Location: Head Office,  Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to create clear, competency-based job descriptions with defined KPIs.
• Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives with assistance in conducting orientation programs.
• Support Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and implement learning and development initiatives.
• Aid in developing performance goals, and evaluation metrics, and fostering a results-driven culture.
• Support employee engagement, surveys, and succession planning efforts.

 Education & Experience:

• MBA with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably with CHRP & exposure to organizational development.
