Hotel One, Pakistan’s fastest-growing select-service hospitality chain, is hiring for the position of Manager Banquet Sales at Hotel One—Faisalabad.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the banquet sales team, setting clear sales targets and strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential clients through various channels.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and market positioning.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing banquet sales team, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the banquet sales process to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about hospitality industry trends, banquet competitive offerings, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjust the sales approach.
• Generate regular reports and analyze sales data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Explore using technology solutions to streamline the booking process, provide online event planning tools, and enhance customer convenience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Post-graduation preferably in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 10 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a similar establishment.
