Job Title: Assistant Manager – IT Operations & Support

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT with 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems 1 and peripherals  
• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications & remote connection systems
• Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem-resolution
• Installing hardware, such as servers, printers for computers, surveillance Systems (NVR, IP Cameras)
• Arranging scheduled upgrades (OS, Firmware, Antivirus)
• Developing and maintaining all of the comprehensive paperwork and records associated with the implemented network & IT Inventory
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
