Requirements:

 Fresh Electrical Engineers are preferred
· Exceptional communication skills
· Confidence in interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds
· Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

Job Description:

· Answer incoming calls from customers
· Perform outbound and inbound calls in response to alerts, tickets and to sell
· Respond or create tickets in response to alerts and customer queries
· Collaborate within and outside the department to address customer queries
· Working in rotating shifts including coming to the office on public holidays or as per the demand of the shift
· Carry out any other task as and when assigned by the team lead or manager or HOD
