Position: Assistant Manager Channel Planning & Operations
Employment Type: This is a full-time position.
Grade: This is a grade 2 position.
Location: This role is based in Peshawar, Pakistan. (Hybrid)
About the role: This role will enable sales teams and management by monitoring the target achievement of KPIs and providing regional insights into business planning.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Execution of regional reporting daily according to agreed formats.
- Analysis of RISE KPI’s
- Monitoring of growth at regional & franchise levels on a month-to-month and and year-to-year basis.
- Analysis of Regional Infringement of Sims & Scratch Cards.
- Verification of Staff Commissioning & Visibility to the sales team.
- Target allocation of all sales KPI’s. & monitoring of shared KPI’s.
- Cell Sites Planning, Preparation of Business cases & follow-up till the execution of proposed cell sites.
- Planning for quarterly franchise induction.
- Plan to achieve the targets for all Sales KPIs at the regional level.
- Design and execute Regional Promos & campaigns.
- Do extensive post-promo analysis to get future learnings.
- Interact with retailers regularly to get market requirements and feedback and design reports accordingly.
- Visit regional teams regularly to conduct business reviews and based on findings develop action plans for the future and follow up on that.
- Initiate projects on declining areas conduct end-to-end research on these markets and drive actions to get growth.
- Identify gaps in all KPIs and support the sales team to get market shares.
- Monthly business reviews for all belt owners.
- Franchise onboarding and legal agreement verification.
- BVS devices Life cycle management and Audits
- Prepare an end-to-end business plan for a new franchise and initiate the process accordingly.
Your Typical day at work
- Responsible for the identification of Reporting & Analysis needs at the regional level. Performance management of the region
- Ensuring that assigned regional goals are met efficiently, suggesting regional areas for improvement in business utilizing the insights
- Ensure to remain updated on product knowledge.
- To gather Market Intelligence information, regularly visitston top retailers and ensure Retailer advocacy.
- Initiate procurement process and follow up till end i.e. (a) Search vendor (b) Finalize Vendor (c) Initiate PO (d) Payment follow-up.
- Develop promos for franchise channels to improve sales and initiate projects to develop retail and distribution on product KPIs
- Provide market feedback to regional as well as CHQ management.
- Developa counter plan for competitor’s visibility drive in the region.
- Identification & Expansion in GSM, and PL retailers.
- To Coordinate with circle channel planning for future opportunities
- Liaison with Regional management and channel planning team to devise regional strategy
- Provide performance business insights to stakeholders which helps them tomakee better business decisions
- Target Assignment and tracking on an agreed frequency.
- Business Forecasting/retailer segmentation/ strategy of addition for new sites
- Ensure that the sales team meets/exceeds Business KPIs and distribution KPIs
- Foreseeing the challenges and their impacts on business and suggesting the regional team to solution to overcome those challenges
- Planning/designing of campaigns at the regional level helping to get desired business uptake and post-campaign evaluation to measure the efficiency.
- Work on digital distribution initiatives to bring efficiency
- Custodian of Data in the region, data archiving, and data management
- GSM and Planning/Management
- New Franchise Induction Planning, developing Business Cases, and making recommendations based on the findings
- Assist and work with other Business Units/teams in ensuring that all regional deliverables and planned and executed effectively and accurately.
- Based on data analysis highlight areas of improvement and offer solutions to resolve issues both in day-to-day work and also keep a view of the overall picture.
- Plans for franchises designed to effectively promote products/service
- Regular market visits/insight for business improvement
What we are looking for?
Education: MBA,BBA,M.COM or any otherbusiness-relatedd degree.
Work experience: Experience as Sales Planning and Analyst, in Trade Marketing, Channel Planning, Regional Planning and Operations or Budget Management

Location: This role is based in D.I. Khan, Pakistan. (On-Site)
About the role:
As a Team Lead ASM, you will be responsible for leading a team of Area Sales Heads to ensurethe achievement of sales targets for GSM, FS, and Internet & Devices products/services through the indirect sales channel along with bringing about improvement in market share and growth.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Achievement of assigned targets within the designated Zone
- Efficient Franchise Management
- Achievement of distribution KPIs
- Business Growth through market share improvement for GSM and FS
- People Development
Your Typical Day at Work
- Regular Analysis of KPIs/performance overview for FS & GSM.
- Profitability Management of the Franchise / Area Assignment / Territory Optimization
- Optimal utilization of Trade Marketing spend
- Quality of Sales improvement initiatives
- Channelfootprintt expansion and improvement in KPIs (minimum balance, retailer servicing for FS and GSM)
- Ongoing interaction with stakeholders including S&D Planning, Network team, etc. •
- Team motivation and enablement
- Driving performance from the entire team
- Effective positive communication and spending with the team to explain/rationale of the tasks to be done
- Territory Integrity & Infringement Control.
- Back check on ASH market visits andensureg that the team remains engaged with the retail/franchise.

Education: Master's from a reputable institution
Work Experience: Prior Sales & Distribution and People Management Experience
