BachaaParty is seeking to fill the following position in its Design department.

Vacant Positions:

o Lead Fashion Design – Knits | Lahore
o Lead Fashion Design – Woven (Western) | Karachi
o Technical Fashion Designer – Woven (Western) | Karachi
o Technical Fashion Designer – Infant (Knits/Woven, Babywear) | Karachi

Responsibilities:

o Develop creative and innovative designs for knit/woven apparel and baby wear.
o Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences.
o Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
o Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed tech packs for manufacturing.
o Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and colors for seasonal collections.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen brand positioning.

Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
o Proven experience in designing knit and woven apparel.
o Strong understanding of fashion trends, textiles, and color combinations.
o Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
o Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
