Who are we looking for?
· Preferably Master’s in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Agriculture, Banking, or Accounting from HEC-recognized / overseas university.
· Total experience of over 10 years in the field of Collections and Recovery, along with a minimum of 6 years of managing a team in the Financial sector
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth
· Job requires leadership skills which lead to managing a self-motivated team of professionals to pursue outstanding debt.
· To create new techniques and steps to get the job done with maximum effectiveness.
· Work proactively through market intelligence in providing feedback to the management.
Portfolio Management
· Ensure to adoption of fraud prevention aspect by applying necessary monitoring measures in the areas.
Service Quality
· Address customer complaints in line with KMBL complaint handling guidelines
· Ensure that all Customer Service complaints/ queries are resolved within TAT.
Compliance
. To look after the performance of all the recovery staff (Tele-callers, Field officer, Recovery officer, Team Leads, and Area Coordinators)

Who are we looking for?
Preferably a Master’s degree from a recognized /Overseas University, in business administration/banking & finance/commerce/accounting/agriculture or economics.
2 + years of experience with a financial institution in credit/collections operations or retail environment. Exposure to retail/consumer finance will be an additional advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection Management
Ensures that all visits are being attempted on time through efficient field visits and maintains a proper visit plan.
Negotiations with delinquent customers to initiate collection - Portfolio Management
· Undertake regular and frequent calls, and follow-ups to implement remedial strategies and action plans agreed upon with the Team Lead - Service Excellence
. Meet internal service standards and ensure no service-related complaints are received from customers. Address customer complaints in line with KMBL complaint handling & SBP FTC guidelines - Compliance
. Ensure compliance in Debt collection & Portfolio Management as per SBP’s guidelines and KMBL policies.
