We are hiring a Branch Manager – Lahore

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master's is a plus.
Proven experience of 5 years or more in a similar role in the retail industry is crucial.
The candidate must have experience managing store sizes of 7000 to 8000 sqft.
Strong leadership abilities, effective communication, and the ability to identify issues, find solutions, and make quick decisions are crucial in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficiency in using retail management software, point of sale systems, and other relevant technology is crucial.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver top-line achievement (monthly target) and Sales Growth, ensuring growth in revenue and customer retention.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance. Deliver and track growth in KPIs.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team. Collaborate with HR to deliver people excellence.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer experience.
Effectively manage store inventory and conduct internal Audits. Develop strategies to minimize stock shortages.
Effectively manage the events (Sales & new launches) & ensure Operational Excellence (Visual Merchandising, Store Experience, Documentation, Risk Management-store safety, cash counter compliances).
