Position: AM / DM Legal

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven resource to join our team at our Plant Site – Mianwali.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• LLB with the practicing experience of 7-10 years.
• To provide legal assistance as well as legal opinion on civil and criminal matters, protect the organization, legal interests, and defend it from legal action.
• To provide General legal advice on administrative and law matters and to maintain a record of court cases.
• To appear in courts to pursue the cases in liaison with the external lawyers of the company.
• To provide legal assistance in the labor laws and to draft FIRs and civil suits, et c. when it is directed.
• Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Drafting, receiving, and negotiating contracts/agreements and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations & company policies.
• Managing litigation and dispute resolution, and developing and implementing legal procedures and policies.
• Collaboration with other departments on legal matters, such as the police legal Department, the judiciary, etc.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and research on case laws, legal matters, research on different propositions in civil, criminal, and labor matters.
