Job description:

1. Analyze 4G/5G network performance and optimize KPIs to enhance overall network quality.
2. Monitor KPI trends, diagnose performance degradation, and implement effective opoptionsstrategies.
3. KPI Optimization, Radio Network troubleshooting, parameter tuning, and performance improvement.
4. Develop and implement network optimization strategies to improve service quality & business objectives.
5. Benchmark Drive Test Log analysis and provide an optimization solution.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in 4G/5G network optimization, with a strong understanding of Performance Improvement.
2. Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G optimization, mobility strategy, capacity planning, and interference analysis.
3. Proficiency in KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and network troubleshooting.
4. Experience with drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, NEMO, Probe) and post-processing tools.
5. Advanced skills in Excel, data analytics, and report generation.
6. Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, VBA, SQL, etc.) for automation is a plus.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Familiar with the ZTE OSS system and parameters.
