QUALIFICATION CA Inter / CA Finalist / ACCA

EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of experience in the following domains:

• Financial reporting & international auditing standards
• Business intelligence
• Hyperion
• Technical knowledge of Oracle PropertyManagemente

JOB DESCRIPTION: Handling ESL rent payments, managing leases in Oracle Property Manager, and coordinating external audits and fund disbursements with regional teams. Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets and P&L statements, aiming to streamline accounting practices while adhering to organisational policies, SOPs, departmental objectives, approvals, and the regulatory framework of ICAP, ICMA, and IFRS.
