Key Responsibilities:

• Define sales targets and growth strategies across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and the surrounding area., Develop and monitor region-wide sales performance dashboards.
• Manage, coach, and guide multiple City Managers across the Central Region. Coordinate with distributors to ensure a timely inventory flow across cities.
• Lead market expansion strategy, including new dealer appointments
• Analyze regional market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive insights
• Plan and execute region-level BTL campaigns and product launches
• Collaborate with HQ teams for sales forecasting, territory planning, and performance reporting
• Prior experience in the mobile industry with SO & ST management
• Strong expertise in channel management and regional sales operations
• Proven leadership across multi-city/central regions with sales & retail expansion knowledge
• Preference will be given to candidates who have regional sales leadership roles specifically within the mobile industry.
